Generally three things: 1, I really don't know the root cause. Just upgrade the version can fix this problem, so I didn't go into this very much. 2, Clear the local maven repository is another way to fix this problem. I had try this way before, it's a right way. It will be very troublesome that if it needs clean up mvn repository every time. 3, I also didn't meet this problem(before flink-1.6.3 version). I met this problem these days.
