I'm reverting this back to the old behavior which is to print nothing in case
of an interactively invoked JAR with no {{Program}} interface. In another JIRA,
I'd like to find a way to pass the {{JobExecutionResult}} from the
{{ContextEnvironment}} back to the {{Client}} so that the we can print the run
time and other results.
