Description:
{{asm-commons}} was included before in flink-shaded version 5.0, but was later
removed in 6.0 when we upgraded to asm 6.2.1.
We bumped into a use case in tests which requires {{ClassRelocator}}, which is
part of {{asm-commons}}.
