Release Note:
The deprecated ExternalCatalog API was dropped. This includes:
* ExternalCatalog (and all dependent classes e.g. ExternalTable)
* SchematicDescriptor, MetadataDescriptor, StatisticsDescriptor
Those were replaced with the new Catalog API
