Ah, thanks that helps a lot.
When I try to import `org.apache.flink.api.scala.utils._`, IntelliJ does
not recognize it, probably this is because I started a few weeks ago. Would
you recommend forking a more recent branch of Flink, then try to do the
incremental build by adding KNN.scala, QuadTree.scala and a couple tests? And
if so, which should I just fork the most current master branch?
