The cause should that the _*baseurl**/**javadocs_baseurl/pythondocs_baseurl***_
in _*docs/_config.yml*_ still points to
_*//ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-master*_.
Pointing them to _*//ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-*__*release-1.9*_
should fix it.
