The cause should that the
_*baseurl**/**javadocs_baseurl/pythondocs_baseurl*****_ **in
_*docs/_config.yml_* still points to
_*//ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-master*_.
Pointing them to _*//ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-*__*release-1.9*_
should fix it.
Besides that, I found that 1.9 is not marked as stable in *__config.yml_*,
resulting in that the project templates in quickstart pages be incorrect.
[~till.rohrmann], I opened a PR to fix it, could you or anyone else familiar
with the release process help to take a look?
