[~suez1224] I've been waiting for Flnk 1.9 to disassemble and support Flink
JSON SQL, and I've contributed a lot to the JSON semantics support in calcite.
It's to make an umbrella project for flink. I was planning to create this
umbrella project in these two days, but I didn't expect you to create it in
advance.
