Summary: Add summarizer and summary for table.

Summarizer is the class for calculating statistics, summary is the result class
of summarizer. Summary defines methods to get statistics. It can deal with
missing value and multiple types. TableSummarizer and TableSummary is the
implement for table. Statistics include count, mean, variance, min, max,
standardDeviation, normL1, normL2, numMissingValue and numValidValue.
* Add TableSummarizer which will calculate statistics for table.
* Add TableSummary which can get statistics of table.
