 Review comment:
   I think this test case does far too much. I would suggest to create separate 
test cases for each operation you want to test and for each scenario (putting 
new values, putting values which have been removed before, etc.). Moreover, I 
think you don't need to assert every action step you take. Usually it should be 
enough to set up the class under test, act on it and then assert the final 
state you are expecting.
