An instance is {{AkkaUtils.getClientTimeout}} and its use points such as that
in {{ClusterClient}}. Please track it under this effort.
[~till.rohrmann] BTW, is it helpful that we create an umbrella issue aimed at a
scala-free {{flink-runtime}}?
