Maybe we can add a parameter in the function timestampFromField with its
timestamp format and convert it to the stand SQL timestamp.
The code looks like this:
*new Schema()*
*.field("rowtime", Types.SQL_TIMESTAMP)*
*.rowtime(new Rowtime().timestampsFromField("timestamp",
"timestampFormat").watermarksPeriodicAscending())*
