Description:
DocCountVectorizerMapper is a transformer to transform a document to a
sparse vector based on the inverse document frequency(idf).
* Add DocCountVectorizerMapper for the operation of the
DocCountVectorizerMapper.
* Add DocCountVectorizerModelDataConverter to serialize and deserialize
model.
* Add DocCountVectorizerPredictParams for the params of
DocCountVectorizerMapper.
* Add DocCountVectorizerMapperTest for the test example.
