[~lilyevsky] From [~victorvilladev]'s description, it seems Flink server(1.8.1) 
+ ES server (7.3.1) + flink-connector-elasticsearch-base_2.12(1.8.1) + 
flink-connector-elasticsearch7_2.12 (1.10-SNAPSHOT) work well. 

Considering your scenarios, you can build the whole project based on my PR 
branch, then test it based on 1.10-SNAPSHOT(Server and job API).

What do you think?
