tillrohrmann opened a new pull request #10002: [FLINK-14074][mesos] Forward configuration to Mesos TaskExecutor URL: https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/10002 ## What is the purpose of the change This commit forwards the Flink configuration to a Mesos `TaskExecutor` by creating the `ContainerSpecification` with it.
