[~trohrmann] Sorry I didn't notice I'm not the assigned to this ticket yet but
opened the PR.
This is a trivial task which is a pre-requisite of FLINK-14062 (Set managed
memory fractions according to slot sharing groups).
Could you assign these 2 tickets to me?
