The `INTERNAL_HADOOP_CLASSPATHS` no longer contain the result of `hadoop classpath` therefore this change has no effect. Since https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-8668 the recommendation is to always set the `HADOOP_CLASSPATH`.
