In FLIP-64, it mentioned that `createTemporaryFunction` will be added as a
replacement of `registerScalarFunction`, `registerAggergateFunction` and
`registerTableFunction`. But I noticed that it's still not supported yet in
FLINK-14490. I'm not sure your plan for that API. So I'm just wondering if this
JIRA. should be done after that API is added? :)
