Could be unrelated. It's related. `AggregateITCaseBase.testGroupBy` contains quite a lot queries which can be a problem due to FLINK-13708. Seems 0e565a2d9e917adfd9074911629a93430b610c15 does not fix the resource deadlocks for all existing cases. Will try to split that cases to reduce queries in each case.
