[~yunta] So ， topic and partition is variable in measurements, when we use
grafana, It can't display a graph static as different tasks. like
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-13873.
AS solution, I want add a switch as kafka sink/source config , which can change
the topic or partition as tags,not measurement in influxdb.
