I have addressed all the comments. Please take a look. I remember some users in the ML also want this feature. It could make the flink submission more smoothly. Also we could avoid the unnecessary downloading jars from hdfs and accelerate the taskmanager launch. In addition, i have tested this new feature in my Yarn cluster. It works just as expected. Could you help to double check?
