Could you step into the code using a debugger and see what the value of
{{typeInfo}} is at [line
1485|https://github.com/apache/flink/blob/master/flink-streaming-java/src/main/java/org/apache/flink/streaming/api/environment/StreamExecutionEnvironment.java#L1485].
This should be the {{TypeInformation}} that is handed over by the Scala type
analysis stack.
