Since TIMESTAMP_WITH_TIME_ZONE is not supported by Calcite, this issue will
hold until we introduce TIMESTAMP_WITH_TIME_ZONE in Calcite.
We will start a discussion about supporting TIMESTAMP_WITH_TIME_ZONE in the
calcite community.
