[FLINK-2943][web-dashboard] Confusing Bytes/Records "read" and "write"
labels in WebUI job view

[FLINK-2943][web-dashboard] Rename bytes/records read/written to
received/sent for correctness and clarity.
[FLINK-2903][web-dashboard] Format numeric values with commas for better
