Description:
The new code walkthroughs and docker playgrounds supersede the tutorial and
example sections.
Examples: The examples section is sparse and only contains dataset examples.
Let's just inline this in the dataset subsection of the docs.
Api Tutorials: The only remaining api tutorial is for the Python table api,
this can be moved to the "code walkthrough" section.
Local Setup: The dockerized environment is a better local getting started
experience. Let's move this information to the operations section.
