   Operators allocate memory segments with the amount returned by 
   In this way, Operators can get more memory than expected, which will improve 
memory utilization.
   ## Brief change log
   - Modify HashTable and LongHashTable
   - Modify Agg BytesHashMap
   - Modify SortOperator
   - Modify SortMergeJoinOperator
   - Modify NestedLoopJoin
   - Modify over window agg
   ## Verifying this change
