Could you elaborate/rephrase what is the problem [~lzljs3620320] (I'm a bit
confused by the ticket's description) and how would you suggest to fix the
problem? That {{StreamTaskNetworkInput}} is always using
{{NonReusingDeserializationDelegate}}?
