This means that we expose the {{ClusterClient}} and the {{configuration
(fetchConnectionInfo())}}. This makes me wonder if we expose the
{{ClusterClient}}, then what is the whole effort for the {{JobClient}}? Also
the {{ClusterClient}} is not public interface and may change.
