[~xintongsong] [~azagrebin], [~sewen] was explaining to me the whole FLIP-49,
and after the discussion we are not sure how this commit
{{4b8ed643a4d85c9440a8adbc0798b8a4bbd9520b}} changing
{{taskmanager.memory.off-heap}} could have those performance implications
visible in the benchmarks, unless something else is also not working quite as
it was supposed to. Flink-benchmarks are working using the LocalExecutor, with
already preconfigured, up and running JVM and changing the value of
{{taskmanager.memory.off-heap}} shouldn't affect this code path, right?
