Description:
In large parallelism scenario, the request url to get watermark metric seems to
too long to get response. The request url is:
[http://0.0.0.0:8081/jobs/:jobid/vertices/:vertexid/metrics?get=0.currentInputWatermark,......,1199.currentInputWatermark]
The reason is :
org.apache.flink.shaded.netty4.io.netty.handler.codec.TooLongFrameException: An
HTTP line is larger than 4096 bytes.
It needs to paginate request and merge the result.
