{{emptyColumnAsNull}} is supported in {{CsvTableSource}}, but not in
{{CsvTableSourceFactory}}. From my point of view, Supporting
{{emptyColumnAsNull}} in {{CsvTableSourceFactory}} is a feature (expose new
property). It's hard to say it's a bug. If it is not urgent, I would suggest
not merge to 1.10.
