[~Jinlong An] The problem is we don't convert the partition values to
corresponding Flink objects, which is expected by the reader later.
[~lzljs3620320] Writing to timestamp partition columns also doesn't work. We
need to convert an object to Hive object before we call {{toString}} to get the
string value.
