{{JobListener}} is not a DataStream API concept, it's in {{flink-core}} and is
applicable to all Flink jobs. It's just that {{ExecutionEnvironment}} currently
doesn't have {{addJobListener()}}, which is an oversight. In the future, we
need to add support for {{executeAsync()}} and the {{JobListener}} API directly
to the {{TableEnvironment}} (or whatever is responsible for triggering
execution).
[~zjffdu] Should the title of this Jira Issue be "Expose JobListener API on
TableEnvironment" or something similar?
