I am not against doing sth towards that, but I am not sure if this would be
useful. Users can always instantiate a new table environment with a changed
planner. Moreover probably in the next version we will switch the default
planner to blink and will start slowly phasing out the old planner. I am
hesitant if it is worth investing the time.
