The description of "RocksDB Configurable Options" should be updated to mention
that these are expert options to tune the behavior and memory footprint of
RocksDB.
For the common case, we recommend to simply configure
"state.backend.rocksdb.memory.managed" or
"state.backend.rocksdb.memory.fixed-per-slot"
