Exporting the classpath is listed first as it is the easier of the 2 and applicable to most people with a fully running hadoop setup. Instructions for the `include-hadoop` profile has been removed, in an attempt to eliminate the notion that "Flink must be built against a specific hadoop version", when all you need do to is place the jars into /lib.
