Description:
The {{TaskManagerOptions}} contains a list of unused options:
{{taskmanager.registration.\*}} except for
{{taskmanager.registration.timeout}}. I think we should deprecate these
configuration options remove the unused code.
Note: The {{taskmanager.registration.*}} have been mainly replaced with
{{cluster.registration.*}}.
