Hi [~felixzheng], in the long term, we will try to have few logics of specified
command line(e.g. KubernetesSessionCli, FlinkYarnSessionCli). They should
always use the new added {{ExecutorCLI}}. So the help message should be done
via {{ExecutorCLI}}.
We already have some discussion here[1]. Also some related tickets have been
created[2].
