I can assign you to this ticket but consider that we are trying to move away
from bash scripts for E2E tests. Some of the E2E tests were already rewritten
in Java:
https://github.com/apache/flink/tree/master/flink-end-to-end-tests/flink-end-to-end-tests-common.
If there are no known bugs with the current log grepping approach, maybe there
are other tickets that you want to work on.
