I agree the description is bad, sorry. The purpose of this issue was to add all
{{create(drop)TemporaryFunction}}/{{create(drop)TemporarySystemFunction}} etc.
I'll ask differently. Do we need to add any other user facing APIs once we
support aggregate functions?
