That is most likely caused by FLINK-16015 .
We could either remove these tests or use a workaround similar to
[https://github.com/apache/flink/blob/91399fe2cd23850ba59b9d157863188cc194962c/flink-core/src/test/java/org/apache/flink/core/fs/FileSystemTest.java#L91-L106]
