Danny Chen updated FLINK-16609:
-------------------------------
    Description:
The SQL-CLI now outputs the column name as the name that comes from the plan,
which is not that readable sometimes, i can think of 2 cases that can be
promoted:

1. Expression like "a + b" should output "a + b" (i.e. the MySQL CLI) instead
of "$Expr{index}"
2. We should always output the alias if it's there, now, the alias in the plan
may be dropped because of 2 reasons:
  - Project remove rule would remove the project without considering the alias
  - after CALCITE-3713, some CALC/PROJ would be reused while ignoring the
column alias
