Hmm, kinda sorta. We should be careful about what we say. There is no
equivalent to bash `mv` and you still cannot just move files around. With the
state proc api you _can technically_ read your savepoint and rewrite it
somewhere else but it requires custom java code. It's so impractical just to
move files right now that I don't think its worth documenting.
When FLINK-14942 is implemented moving files will be possible.
