zhijiangW opened a new pull request #11534: [FLINK-16537][network] Implement
ResultPartition state recovery for unaligned checkpoint
URL: https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/11534

   ## What is the purpose of the change

During state recovery for unaligned checkpoint, the partition state should
also be recovered besides with existing operator states.

The ResultPartition would request buffer from local pool and then interact
with ChannelStateReader to fill in the state data. The filled buffer would be
inserted into respective ResultSubpartition queue in normal way.

It should guarantee that op can not process any inputs before finishing all
the output recovery to avoid mis-order issue.

   ## Brief change log

     - *Define the `initializeState` inside `ResultSubpartition` and
`ResultPartitionWriter` interfaces*
     - *Implements the process of `initializeState`*
     - *Invoke `initializeState` in `StreamTask#beforeInvoke`*

   ## Verifying this change

     - Added unit tests in `StreamTaskTest`
     - Added unit tests in `ResultPartitionTest`

   ## Does this pull request potentially affect one of the following parts:

     - Dependencies (does it add or upgrade a dependency): (yes / **no**)

`@Public(Evolving)`: (yes / **no**)
     - The serializers: (yes / **no** / don't know)
     - The runtime per-record code paths (performance sensitive): (yes / **no**
/ don't know)
     - Anything that affects deployment or recovery: JobManager (and its
components), Checkpointing, Kubernetes/Yarn/Mesos, ZooKeeper: (yes / **no** /
don't know)
     - The S3 file system connector: (yes / **no** / don't know)

   ## Documentation

     - Does this pull request introduce a new feature? (yes / **no**)
     - If yes, how is the feature documented? (**not applicable** / docs /
