   This is exactly what I meant by 
   > Why not to pass ChannelStateReader as a parameter to initializeState then?
   
   So, instead of having `channelStateReader` field anywhere I'd pass it from 
`StreamTask` 
   to `ResultPartitionWriter.initializeState()` 
   to `ResultPartition.initializeState()` 
   to `ResultSubpartition.initializeState()`
