Description: The {{statefun-flink-distribution}} has several ASLv2
dependencies that pull in a duplicate ASLv2 license under the file name
{{LICENSE.txt}}. Those can be excluded using the
[ApacheLicenseResourceTransformer|http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-shade-plugin/examples/resource-transformers.html#ApacheLicenseResourceTransformer].
