Description:
Remove methods (they are only called from tests):
# {{Optional<V> getVertex(ExecutionVertexID)}}
# {{Optional<R> getResultPartition(IntermediateResultPartitionID)}}
and replace them with the following new methods:
# {{V getVertex(ExecutionVertexID)}}
# {{V getResultPartition(IntermediateResultPartitionID)}}
The new methods should throw {{IllegalArgumentException}} if no matching
vertex or result partition could be found.
