Thanks a lot for your comments. I will dig into fabric8 kubernetes client
for more information. Also i will drop the current retry logics in
`FlinkKubeClient#createTaskManagerPod` and still keep the retry in
`KubernetesResourceManager`. A unit test should be added for such situation.
