I was tracking where this method
`getConfigurationWithLegacyHeapSizeMappedToNewConfigOption` lead to, and find
that
`MemoryBackwardsCompatibilityUtils#getLegacyTaskManagerHeapMemoryIfExplicitlyConfigured`
is named "TaskManager" but actually used for both JM & TM.
