I assume you start the scripts via the .bat scripts? If so, then this is a
known issue (see FLINK-15925) that will also not be fixed, as we have decided
to drop the .bat scripts (the issue was only discovered after the 1.10.0
release was out and sparked the discussion).
I would recommend using WSL/cygwin/docker and rely on the .sh scripts.
